The rules your account runs on, written in plain English

This is a readable summary of the terms that govern an account here. The full legal text sits in the cashier and prevails wherever the two differ — but nobody reads a wall of clauses, and the clauses that actually affect players are few enough to state plainly. Verify the current figures at the cashier before you deposit; bonus mechanics in particular do get revised.

Eligibility and the account

• You must be 18 or over. Age is checked at verification and an underage account is closed with its balance voided.
• One account per person, household, IP address and device. Duplicates are frozen, and any bonus balance on them is removed.
• The account must be in your own name, and money is only ever paid back to the person who owns it.
• The account currency is chosen at registration and cannot be changed afterwards.
• You are responsible for keeping your login private. We will never ask for your password.

Bonuses and wagering

• Deposit-match bonuses carry 50x wagering. Pokies contribute in full; table and live games contribute little or nothing.
• A maximum stake applies while bonus funds are active. Exceeding it can void the bonus and anything won from it.
• The welcome package converts up to AU$5,000, or six times the total of the four qualifying deposits, per the current terms.
• The no-deposit sign-up offer carries 50x wagering and a AU$200 cash-out ceiling.
• Bonuses are opted into at the cashier before a deposit clears. They cannot be attached retrospectively.
• Bonus abuse — duplicate accounts, coordinated play, deliberate low-risk betting to clear wagering — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification

• Minimum deposit AU$10 (AU$20 by bank transfer, and AU$20 to qualify for a match).
• Minimum withdrawal AU$20. Standard weekly payout ceiling AU$10,000, raised for upper loyalty tiers.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours; the payment rail then takes its own time.
• Identity verification (photo ID plus a proof of address dated within three months) is required before a first withdrawal.
• We charge no withdrawal fee. Bank and blockchain network charges are outside our control.

Fair play, disputes and closure
